The GTL 8000 combines an extremely deep casting head with all the saltwater specifications of the popular scope reels.

During the development of the 9 and 10ft scope rod models, it quickly became clear that only personal casting technique limited casts over 90 meters. With the GTL 8000, the perfect partner for extreme distances is now available. The extremely accurate "slow oscillation" line lay guarantees minimal friction and ensures fantastic casting distances. Additionally, the deep spool offers enormous line capacity – ideal when rigs need to be deployed several hundred meters out from the boat.
