The long-distance casting reel with 45 mm spool stroke. The 23' Emblem offers exclusive DAIWA technology at an excellent price-performance ratio. The 45 mm spool stroke in conjunction with the Slow Cross Wrap (SCW) line laying ensures extreme casting distances and optimal line management. The slow cross wrap line laying and the special longcast spool with optimized throwing edge minimize friction resistance when casting and increase the casting distance. The strong Digigear II gear, in conjunction with the torsion-resistant rotor made of Zaion V material, offers optimal power transmission under load and supports easy retrieval of heavy assemblies from long distances. The extra strong axle made of stainless steel ensures high resilience during drilling and offers enormous power reserves. The new QDM brake has a slightly longer adjustment range than the previous model and can be adjusted very finely - ideal for adjusting to current conditions and drilling situations in a matter of seconds. The reel comes with a deep replacement spool with 530m/0.35mm line capacity and is therefore also suitable for long-range fishing on large bodies of water.
